We cannot say enough wonderful things about Anju. When we first started our house hunting journey we were working with an agent that other than adding us to a random list of houses that weren't remotely what we were looking for, did nothing. After shopping around a bit and speaking with Anju I felt confident that she was exactly what we needed. We began in May in the midst of a volatile market and she was with us every step of the way until we finally found our new home in July. She was amazing to deal with and totally understood what we were looking for and refused to let us settle. She tirelessly showed us houses sometimes more than once, responded to our text and calls, and consistently searched for the perfect home for us. However unlike most realtors, Anju didn't stop at finding the home, she went on to help negotiate with not only the seller but she even went to bat for us with our lender. In a crazy market she was able to get us an amazing deal dropping the house price down several thousands to match the appraisal (never done in a house bidding war), had the seller pay ALL closing costs in addition to getting us an extra $2k for some basic upgrades we wanted in the home, all of which is unheard of during 2021. She is absolutely one of a kind and I would 100% recommend her to everyone. She told me when we first met she wasn't looking for the right house for us but that she prided herself in finding the right and perfect home for her clients. She wasn't wrong! We are forever grateful for her help and her friendship.
